Does Wugfresh root toolkit work on the Samsung Chromebook? any help? or chrome apps to make it work? once donwloaded it says file type not supported, please visit chrome web store to find an app to open it.??

+Peter Stover Unfortunately right now its programmed in a windows only language, so would have to do it through a VM or something like virtualbox, or maybe with something like wine. I am considering re-scripting everything in python or java soon so that it works on all platforms, I just haven't fully committed myself to that task yet because I haven't fully implemented everything I want in the program yet.

I want to root my Verizon galaxy nexus and the Samsung chromebook is my only computer. Any other ideas?

I understand now. Does it not work with your chromebook? I haven't tried rooting anything from mine yet, but I would hope it would work when I get around to rooting my DNA or I'll be in the same boat.
