how do I reboot my samsung galaxy A300H A3

I was playing games on my phone and I clicked the home button and then the power button when I tried to turn it back on it froze the power anf home button will turn on but I cant use my touch screen whenever I click the back button the house button or hold dow the power button it would vibrate please help me thank you

Rebooting and restarting are the same thing, so if you turned it off, then turned it on, you rebooted it.

It could be condensation caused water damage, it could be a bad motherboard, it could be a few things. It has to go into the shop for diagnosis.
