Welcome to Android Central! High Cell Standby usually means poor signal. What's your signal strength like overnight? Samsung usually doesn't show that to you any more, so install GSam Battery Monitor and show us the Cell Signal Strength graph over the span of a charge.

The phone just died. Two weeks old. Samsung denied the service!
They say that the IMEI of the phone show that is their product but the store has imported the phone from Dubai so is grey market and no oficial service.
Nice way to stand behind your product Samsung!
