My phone doesn't get 3G

Hi,

I bought my Galaxy Ace in the web, and inmediatly traveled to Brasil, I was able to use my phone with 3G, but when i returned to my Colombia, it wasn't able to get 3G, it stuck in EDGE, I look for some research and found that my phone is from Bulgaria.

What can I do to use it in my country Colombia with 3G, thank you.

There are different causes and solutions for your problem...

-My advise to you is to download a copy of KIES from the official Samsung website and check if there is any firmware update available to your country.

-Does your network carrier support 3G network?
As not all networks support it.

-Access point settings is another factor.
You might need to find your network access point settings and check if you have the correct settings.
