I purchased the SG camera online from Digital Rev, who are based in Hong Kong - now I have it back in the UK, it is not allowing me to update to android 4.1.2 - I have contacted Samsung and they say that as the camera will have Chinese software, it will never work properly in the UK or ever update, and I should try and request a refund, however, the company I purchased it from are saying this is not true and it is 'unlocked' and therefore should work anywhere - does anyone know whether this is the case or not and advise how I should proceed?
