Who else hates these 2 features with Kitkat?
I finally found a solution.
You will need to have root, and the best way I have found is kingo root on PC.
You can google and download it for free. You will need to google and download Samsung drivers as well, to make rooting easier.
Just follow the on screen prompts to root your phone.
Next you'll need to google xposed installer on your newly rooted phone.
Once Xposed is installed, go into it and go to downloads. Search and install Gravity box KK and ReGxm ex. Go back to the xposed home screen and enter the modules and check the boxes on the right and reboot your phone.
To get rid of Quickpanel, enter xposed and go to modules click on regxm ex, settings, tools and check every box you see.
Go back to modules and click Gravity box, sound and check the first box.
Reboot and there you have it, Goodbye Quickpanel and Volume Warning.
