syncing with your samsung account is not supported in this device

hi everybody
i just bought galaxy core prime SM-G361H
and when i add samsung account sync turned off and show this note "syncing with your samsung account is not supported in this device"
any solution ??

Same problem with a recently bought Samsung Galaxy grand prime SM-G531F. Not the slightest idea on how to solve it.
