My Galaxy Core 2: Battery is always at 0, switching off if I remove charging, same with new battery. What could the problem be?

galaxy core 2: Battery always at 0%. switching off if i remove charging. same with new battery

Hi everybody...
Just recently i got changed my core 2 phone's display and touch as it was damaged.
now battery is always showing at 0% even charging continuously. phone is getting switched off if i remove the charging.
same thing happening even i change with new battery..
is this the android software problem or any hardware complaint.

Welcome to Android Central! When you put in the new battery, did you let it charge on a wall outlet overnight, without disturbing it? Do that first. If the same thing happens, then something is probably wrong with a hardware component. Have you already tried a different charging cable/wall plug? If so, then it might be the microUSB port, or possibly the motherboard.
