Galaxy Gear Smartwatch - Not receiving task notifications.

Hi guys, new here... Juat wanted to see if anyone else is having trouble with the gear not notifying you for tasks you make. It seems my watch just stopped after about a week. I've reset it twice, once I used the backup and then I just restored it manually. I've also turned the notifications on and off a few times in the gear manager and inside calender settings. I can tell the watch to make the task and it's all fine but when it goes off it just stays on the phone. I'm making sure the phone's screen is off too, I'm running it on a stock note 3. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks for the help in advance.

I'm having this same problem. Is anyone getting task notifications on their gear?
