Battery problems with my Galaxy Grand Neo have been solved. Can I get some help with some other problems?

Suddenly I have got multiple problems some of you guys suggested to take my phone to a repair shop and I did the same that guy said ur hardware is working fine there is problem with ur battery. Let me tell about the problems my phone is not charging on original charger if I charge it on other charger it connects to dock mode or it starts turning on the car mode it going nuts. I have rebooted it and reset it as well but its still the same problem. The repair shop guy said donot let ur phone's battery less than 10% but what about the other problems?

I doubt a bad battery would cause those issues. It sounds more like a problem with the microUSB port. Could the repair guy say why he didn't think the port was faulty?

my mobile was also distubing me....hardware prb...and I spend 2000 :-(
