I don't have the option Picture size, how can I get it?

I don't have the option "Picture size",

Hi, I just bought a Samsung galaxy grand prime and when I click on Camera and then settings on the upper left part I don't have the option "Picture size" only "Video size". Do you guys know how I can fix that and why it's like that.
