My Grand Prime is in a bootloop, how can I fix it?

My Grand prime is in a bootloop

I recently dropped it in water and it quickly dried off and was in a boot loop. I fixed the boot loop using recovery mode but the boot loop came back 10 minutes later. I tried to fix it again but none of the recovery options are working and the phone continues to boot loop. Help
