Importing contacts from Google to Device
I'm trying to import contacts from my old phone Moto ZN5 to the K Zoom. I've exported the contacts to csv file format and successfully imported them to Google. Now I want to move these contacts to the K Zoom and then delete these contacts from google account.
The problem is - although I can view these contacts when I choose the google account as 'Contacts to display' in the settings of the contacts in K, these contacts are not being copied to the device itself.
So if choose 'Device' in 'Contacts to display', it shows no contacts.
If I choose 'merge accounts' --> Google, it says "No phone account contacts to merge with google account"
Until these contacts are copied to the device, I can't remove them from my google account.
I checked the sync settings - it's set to sync the contacts and sync is working.
Any suggestions?
