Touch screen issues

Hey guys,, I'm having problem in the messaging part.. Whenever i receive new text msges, when i click it , it taps (opens) other msges instead. It clicks on areas(msges) not anywhere near to where I'm touching.. What should i do? Thanks in advance..

You could try calibrating the keyboard first, in settings. This may help. Otherwise backup everything, then factory reset. Then try your file opening. If you still have trouble and it's within warranty, take it back to the shop.
