Random reboot on my LTE version

hi guys, i really need help. My note 10.1 always random reboot while scrolling wallpaper at the phone gallery and sometimes also when browsing internet. I dont have any SD card and sim card inserted on my device. I try factory reset , is not working too.

It sounds like its in need of a firmware update.

i think should be it, coz when using nova launcher there were no more random restarts.

Ahh, good 'ole TouchWiz. Yeah, she'll do that to ya sometimes. Certainly not the best launcher out there. Nova? One of the best, glad its working for you...great launcher indeed.
