Default Android and Chrome and Flash

We all know there is a problem with Flash and some browsers (not being on board) , but have been reading that Chrome does not support "Flash".... My question is how users of Chrome see "Flash" videos and such, did Chrome (Google) develop their own version of software (player) to replicate what Flash does?

    curious to know...

They don't. You need a different browser to view flash on an android device. The theory is that HTML5 will replace flash as a more open and universal conduit for flash type content. Lots of discussion if that will actually happen and when. In the meantime there are several browsers on the android platform that still support (sideloaded) flash
