My note 12.2 calender invite import does not handle time zones

I know that this is the Note 10 forum but I wanted a wider audience

So my experience has been that the built in calendar import does not handle time zones correctly and directly imports the time without regard for my time zone.

First, is there something that I'm missing is setup?

Assuming that this is a bug, is there any app which imports the invites correctly and also allow's you to accept/decline?
