Anyone get a 64 GB micro sd card to work ? I copied my SGSIII card to a new 64 GB card and no dice...I tried two of them. I tried a 32 GB and it works fine.

I've read mixed reviews saying that the Note 10.1 supports a 64 GB, while some say it only supports a 32 GB. I guess from this, it only supports a 32. Although I've seen more reviews saying that it supports up to 32GB than reviews saying it supports up to 64.

I did see several reports that says 32GB but I thought a 64GB card would works as it does in my Galaxy Note phone and SGSIII. If it turns out that it does not take a 64GB micro sd card, I will have to spring for the 32GB model and return the 16GB model I picked up today.

How odd since the video in the support section of the Samsung website says it does support 64 GB.

I have one on the way - it will be here Monday.

It doesnt. 32GB is the max. I recommend for eveyone to get the 32GB model of Note if you can.

Now you tell me! lol! Just picked my 16GB model up from best buy yesterday. I have a 32GB card in it but have an extra 64GB card I wanted to use. Although I have 30 days, I will return this one later today and either order the 32GB model from best buy or amazon. Kinda bummed out that it does not take a stock 64GB card. Some have said you have to convert the file system on the card to FAT32 to get it to work but why the hassle...

After a day with it I like it. I also have a ipad 3 which I like also but using the Note 10.1 is like using my phones. I have not really put the s pen through its paces but I like having it on a tablet.

but the online manual mentions that it supports up to 64gb FAT

I also noticed that the sidebar shows instructions on SIM card installation. That guide might be for European users of the Note 10.1.

Fortunately I'm a premium silver Reward Zone member with Best Buy so I have 60 days to return mine. I'll see if 16 plus another 32 will do it for me. My cousin has the 16 gb iPad with Verizon LTE and it seems like she has enough storage. I although I must admit I will be using mine more for productivity purposes so I might need the extra storage.

The Samsung galaxy note 10. 1 only supports the 32gb micro sd card.

I see you have a 32GB model! good deal! I returned my 16GB model. Have not had the time to get another.

So were you prompted to reformat or use the format feature shown here?
