I am a left handed and the palms rejection works pretty well you just have to pause about a second before typing to make sure it detects your palm or rather does not detect a palm. If you are using s note you can actually disabled any input accepting the pen that should help as well.

You'd be silly to take notes on a Note using any app that doesn't support hardware-based palm rejection (i.e. S-Note, Lecture Notes, Quill, Papyrus, etc..). And if it has hardware-based palm rejection (i.e. Pen Only input mode), then it won't matter what your handedness is.
