Connecting to a Verizon Mifi

After seeing me use my Note 10.1 in meetings all the time my boss was intrigued, and decided to buy the tablet herself. She got it delivered today, but it won't connect to her Verizon Mifi mobile hotspot?

It connects up fine to her home wifi, but despite numerous attempts the tablet won't connect to the hotspot. The error message is continually saying, "password incorrect" despite keying the correct password. Does anyone have any ideas on what may be wrong? Our building doesn't have wifi, so she needs the mifi to work or sadly it would be a deal breaker, and the tablet would have to be returned.

She needs to reset the device. Depending on which device she has it may have a little reset button that can be pressed with a paper clip

The reset worked like a charm. After resetting the mifi, and restarting the tablet it connected right up. Thank you again!
