Help neeed geting internet on my 10.1 thru phone

Hi and thanks for any replies.. i have a galaxy note.10.1 and a galaxy s3 mobile and want to get the internet on my note 10.1 via my mobile ,,but being abit thick i cant seem to do it ...cheers ,john

It works great and it was free now people are complain about paying $7for it

I use Power Toggles to set up personal hotspot.
It's a one click toggle from my home screen. I regularly use this with my GS3/Note 10.1 combo.
This is with the understanding that your carrier allows tethering.
There's a long way to get to this but I enjoy shortcuts.
I'll give you a step by step if you haven't figured out how to do it yet.

My droid bionic lets me teather my internet through Bluetooth, and the note lets me use Bluetooth for an internet connection. But for some reason it doesn't work.

I just turned on my WiFi high spot and connected my note 10.1 to my Samsung mobile.
I live in UK I dont know if u got that on your phone
