Is it possible to run the same app in both screens

good question. What i want to know is if its possible to have more than 1 skype logged on at the same time for different accounts

Nope. Android only let's one instance of an app run at once. To do something like that I would think it would require some changes to the app itself and not just the mods to android that Samsung has made.

Okay let me ask this another way. I have a thumb drive that contains PDF information. I would like to open up two different documents at the same time to view them for studying etc. Is that possible?

Can you do so with two different apps? Open one with Polaris and another with Kindle or other reader.
