cable for note 10.1 to tv

Hey guys I want to be able to hook my note 10.1 up to the tv,
So I can stream video etc which cable do I need to buy to do this?

I do my shopping on Amazon, but that is up to you. The Adapter is the most expensive item. Most HD TV's have an HDMI connection. I got a 20 foot cable for around $15.00 on amazon and a 6 Foot At Wal mart for around 10. But the Adapter is the most $. And you have to be connected to the charger for it to work.
The charger and the HDMI cable both plug in to the Adapter and the Adapter hooks up to your Tablet.
Out of 3 TV'S I tried one did not have sound. Not sure why. It was the oldest of the 3. The other 2 work great.

You can get this HDMI dock for tab 7, its only 8 or 9$ - Amazon.com: Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 HDMI Multi-Media Desktop Dock (not for the 7.0" Plus): Computers & Accessories.

You need to cut the sides so the note 10.1 can fit, or you can just use the base. More info here: HDMI adapter? - Page 14 - xda-developers
