I have several problems with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and I am not sure if I have a defect device or it is just the software. Most annoying of them is that my S Note background keeps disappearing (see image). If I zoom in or zoom out, then the background appears again, but as it happens several times per page it is quite annoying. Another problem is with Polaris Office. Sometimes it just does not show all of the text (see image). Finally, sometimes my tablet does not respond to fingers (and here I do not mean when using S Note). S Pen works just fine. Does anyone have similar problems? I am not sure if I should send back my device and order a new one, hoping that I will not have similar problems. Thanks!
