Hello, how can I or better can I create shortcuts on desktop?

While in the app drawer, tap and hold on an app. After a few seconds you'll be able to drop it to your home screen.

With ES File Explorer you can also make shortcuts to documents and files if you have certain ones you want quick access to. Long press the doc and find the Add to Desktop option.
