Original vs 2014

I am in the market for a tablet to use at work for meetings and note taking and have been on the fence if the original is worth getting or should I pay for the upgraded?

This is mostly be used for work I have a nexus 7 at home for games and other things I just want something smaller then a laptop and I am sick of having pads of paper around.

If you dont need to buy it "now", wait few days... Old one is getting an os upgrade to kitkat. You probably want to see how things go with that.

No flame intended but, given Samsung's track record, I'd say that a "few days" is very optimistic.

That's why I wrote few days, not a few days And remember, it was only Samsung USA who gave this information - so it's not globally (yet). But let see what happens - be positive, even when it is Samsung!
