How can I get my Kareo download viewer on Note 10.1 working?

Kareo download viewer on Note 10.1

My Electronic Health Record application (Kareo) printed to Download. It was working well with Polaris icon showing. Now, there is a green Android icon and the document won't open. Tried clearing and defining defaults, but it didn't help. Please advise.

Welcome to Android Central! When that happens, is often means that a part of the app was moved to the SD card, and then something happened with the SD card (like it was removed, unmounted, or became corrupt).

Go to the App Manager, and select Kareo. Is there an option to Move to Phone? Tap it, then uninstall it, and then reinstall it.
