    Default [AT&T] Rooting and tethering

    If I root with clean rom will I be able to tether other devices to my phone even if I dont have at&t's epensive data plan?

    You can do tethering without rooting. Just fo download foxfi. You have to get the .apk file directly fron the foxfi website because Google removed it at AT&T's request.

    But to better answer your question yes you can infact turn tethering with cleanrom3.3 I just tried it and it works just fine.
