Verizon Note 2 ROM with blocking mode?

I am looking for a ROM that has blocking mode baked in and the ability to make notifications disappear. I have been an Android user for about 3 years now, but I am officially sick of Android. The annoying blinking light and the constant intrusive notifications make me want to throw my phone. I like how live tiles are set up for Windows Phone to display missed emails, texts and calls. Is there anyway do accomplish this without me selling this phone and buying a Windows Phone?

I decided to use Launcher 8 and Notification Off. Both of these have seemed to do it all for me.

Beans rom has this feature built in. Works great. You can always disable notifications from the specific app that is bothering you
