I can't see S notes

Since I installed CyanogenMode 10.1 I can't see S Notes. can anyone help me in that matter?

Welcome to the forums!
S Notes, S Pen, anything Samsung related, their calendar, calculator, camera, clock, contacts, Gallery, Messaging My Files, etc, will all either be different or not present. The reason is you flashed an AOSP ROM as opposed to a TouchWiz ROM.

Thank u for you response.. Is there any other way than going back to original software, in order to use s pen or s note?
One more question.. Is it just my phone , or CyanogenMod drains battery?

No, that is the downside to going AOSP. As for your battery drain, custom ROMs are usually easier on the battery.
