    What are you trying to backup?
    This would work for backing up apps: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...a.backup&hl=en
    You can backup pictures with Google+ or Dropbox
    And you can backup contacts with your G-Mail account

    The best backup tool is Titanium backup pro ! Look for it on the Google play

    Just use kies. Its samsung software and will do a complete backup. Plus if you are a previous iphone user it can import itunes backups into it.
