    Default Rooted Note 2: NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK after KitKat update

    Hi All, I installed KitKat 4.4.2 on my Note II which was already rooted. Not I can not make calls.It says NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK where as it shows the network on signal bars. I have tried all the CODES out there but no use. Cant unlock the network, and cant make calls either. PLEASE HELP IMMEDIATELY. I am in Pakistan.

    I would try a stock file for your region from sammobile

    You need to find your proper region code and download and flash the appropriate ROM. That should bring everything back to what it should be.

    The problem is when you try to call anyone the error message says NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK. I was fascinated this error in my Samsung phone, so I was working on this issue and trying to solve this issue.

    You can install lolipop 5.1
