Our country's 4G LTE: 1800 MHz Will my Note II (LTE: 700 MHz) work?

Our country's 4G LTE fires up in the 2100 and 1800 MHz bands, my question is will the 4G LTE of my Note II n7100, that is LTE 700 MHz, able to work?
