Expansys declined pre order???

I am waiting for the GN2 to be released and went to check the order status from EXPANSYS and it says my pre-order was declined?? Anyone else have this problem? I sent email so I am waiting on answer from them to see what happened. Will update once I find out. So looking forward to this phone and know how great they are (or were) from many on this site. Hope I can get a reslution or I will have to look for this phone from another vendor.

Seems that I didnt update my correct address on my CC. (grade C-) A courtesy emails asking to update my info or use a different card would have been better than just 86ing the preorder altogether. (Grade D) None the less.. all is good now - Just need to wait for the phone to become available (Grade B).
