    Try this out, Directory Bind: [Guide]How to use directory bind on galaxy s3 - xda-developers

    You can point the directory that Google Music uses to a different directory on your external SD.

    Wait, I thought you could do this? When it gives you the option "keep music on device" is it just putting it in main memory vs. on the SD card? If so, that kind of stinks, but then I don't do that with most of my music anyway, just stream it, but it would be good to know if that is the case...

    Nope, I believe the initial release of Google Play Music allowed you to save on the external SD, but they've taken away that option. There are a lot of tickets open for it on their support forums, but I don't think they'll change it based on the stance they're taking on external memory.
