    I cant seem to get my note2 to run the daul app feature

    If you hold the back button down you get nothing? Sounds like another carrier that is a bit behind on updates.

    Yea nothing happens when I hold the back key. Does it update automatically or I have to look for the update

    Depends on the carrier, but to my knowledge the update will be automatic and OTA when it's ready.
