Where is the FM Radio (Default)

I am new here to the Droid world. Coming from a Windows enviroment.

Where is the Default OEM Radio app that came with GN2. Not a Sam/Google app (that stream FM radio station). The true FM radio that requires the earphone as the antenna!

There was supposed to be one when the note 2 was first announced. However afaik, there isnt one in the US version. Maybe there is the International? I read the same thing about how headphones were supposed to be used as an antenna.

Yes, in international version. Supposedly the ability in the USA versions exists, just disabled. At least what I read when I Googled it..
