best buy to officially sell kickstand case

I spoke with a best buy mobile rep today who said they will start selling a kick stand case next week. Sorry no specifics on brand.

They already sell them.

Comes with a belt clip, and a shell that fits on the back of the phone which has a kickstand in it. So you can use it either separately just as a slim case or with the belt clip.

It is literally identical in every way to the Seido Surface case. Except instead of saying SEIDO on the metal kickstand on the back it says "Pt" or something.

I bought it just to see if it'd be good for me earlier this week, but the kickstand is weak.

I know it's not listed on the site, but I saw it in store.

I don't know if the Seido is better. I don't have that, but just from the pics, it's the exact same thing.

Not sure exactly, but I belive it is a Seidiob case, just with a different name on it for Best Buy.

Same price I think, and I'm not using it at the moment but I believe so.

Yes it has the magnet for the kickstand. I have the case on my Note 2 as we speak. Ive had it since the 30th.

Just an update here. I purchased the case today. It comes with holster and 2 piece slider case. It also has a magnetic kickstand. It does not I repeat does no affect the s pen at all. It also has a decent lip to lay it face down. I can privide pics if anyone wants them

I used one of these cases on my Thunderbolt before. It ended up leaving a scratch along the edges of the face where the case slides in. Does this one appear to rub on the phone as you slide it in? It was a very nice case but the scratches.......

No. Its fine. The lip in front has a soft rubbery feel to it. The back is felt lined.

Awesome, the thunderbolt one didn't have the rubber on the front. I wasn't digging my tpu case.

thats what others have said. But there are no seidio retailers here and since i could put my hand on this one before purchase I thought it was a good deal. Plus the price is very close to the seidio as well.

Yes, it feels nice in the hand.

This case and holster is made by Seidio for Best Buy. "Platinum" is basically Best Buy's house brand. I had both iterations on my old Thunderbolt and they were identical, except for the branding. Same manufacturer.
