Different Notification Sounds?

Is there a way assign different notification sounds, like one for email, another for sms, etc?

Like another poster, I use Zedge. I download all the different ringtones or notifications I want. Then when I go into the individual settings for each application (i.e, sms, email, phone etc.) I then select the sound I want for each.

You also may want to select a different sound for the default and Google Now.

Hi,

am using a samsung note 2. When i am over a call & I receive a message or notification; the ringtone just plays out loud disturbing the call. & since I am talking to my customers its not cool.
When I was using I phone, it would make a slight beep at the background if we were on a call.
Is it possible to do that on the samsung.
