Calendar issue: lack of previous entries.

My Bionic has several YEARS worth of data in the calendar. On the Note2, there is data back to only Nov 1. That is true for both the built in calendar app and the google calendar app from the Play Store. Someone here surely knows the trick to get all my older entries onto the Note's calendar! HELP!!! My Google Calendar is my life!

.just checked mine and same thing.....calendar online still has all old info....no setting i can see that gives amount of time back to sync....

Mines going back. It takes about 1/2 second to load the data, but it does come in.

Does all of the data show when viewing on a computer?

Using the Samsung Calendar app, what calendars do you have selected to view? (button at the top, center)

yes, all shows on computer, and Bionic. on Nexus 7 data shows back to Nov 2011. Only the Note is limited to a month.

I show the main google calendar. I don't want the "my calendar" showing

Ya, I don't have the "My Calendar" showing either. It ads things I don't want.

Try going back to a day, week, month that is blank & manually sync, from the menu option.

I did change the setting to google calendar, goes back forever. The original setting is my calendar....simple switch.

my google calendar, on the Note 2, only, goes back just a month, as I said.
not sure what you mean by a "simple switch".
there are no settings I've left untouched.

That is wierd....I just switched to G calendar and can go back fine. Hmmmm......

Dave, did you try what I said in my last post?

I tried that also with no luck ....synced from an earlier month....resynced from settings.....but nothing before november....

and yes my online google calendar goes back forever....i even looked at those settings but didn't see anything i could change.
