I dont want to use a case. Anyway sticker I can buy for the back or any way to make the back of the device sticky or rough and still have it look good. Sandpaper the back? Any ideas or have you done something to the back. I just love the slim feel and look but I dont want to drop.

Yea just put a screen protector on the back, it will make it less slippery, while still retaining the nice look and slim feel.

ok so i sanded off all the paint and logo's from the back of my battery panel and painted it silver with testors enamel paint, 240# sandpaper and blotted it with a paper towel to make the funky pattern. it came out ok. i let my creative side take over [not the most creative person] but i am happy with the look and non slippery holding of the phone result.

I actually want to buy another back like a brushed metal back but the ones I see online don't have the NFC chip and I read it adds a little bit of bulk. Does anyone know of a back you can buy that has the NFC chip in it Thanks

Couldn't you just get a battery door with "carbon fiber" or "leather" online for more grip?

i would. i like carbon fiber or metal type but they dont have the nfc chip in it. i sanded more of the silver paint off that i put on and its looking really distressed and i like it. i would still like another back up backing.
