Got my Note 2 yesterday along with the flip case. Only issue I have with it is that it doesn't want to stay closed all the way if I sit it on the back. In time does this fix itself?

I'm not sure if it will ever break in, but it's one of the reasons I purchased a flip case with a magnet.

It will not fully stay flat to the back. I've had one for a month, and it still flexes. Hope this helps.

Sidenote: I have noticed that with the flip case, it "flips" much slower at temperatures below 10 degrees C (or 50 degrees F). Just a little quirk.

I've had mine a couple weeks and I don't remember it ever not closing all the way.
