    Default Armor Guard?

Has anyone tried this "indestructible" screen protector. They allegedly guarantee that you will not break a smartphone or tablet screen with this product installed.

The best part of the video commercial was watching them pound on an iPhone with a hammer. Just made me smile a bit. Hahaha! APPLESAUCE

Can't say I have but I don't see how a simple screen protector could do so much to prevent a knife or a hammer from hurting it.

I was also unable to see any other reviews online so I would stay away from it until you see some.

I really wasn't going to buy this product. I was just intrigued by the advertisement and found it to be almost humorous in its claims. I thought it might spark some interesting posts.

I agree that it seems far-fetched that a screen protector can provide that level of protection.

But if anyone has tried this product, I would love to know how it worked out.

I bought a similar product for a previous phone. One day the phone slipped out of my pocket and i drove over it. The protector was perfect with a powder inside it, the powder was what was left of my cell phone. so the protector protected itself, but not the phone. Then again, they don't claim to protect against a 3500 pound SUV.

Zagg has their extreme protection for the iPhone, but not much else. Their video is pretty interesting too. They do a hammer test and some other things. If Zagg made it available for the Note 2 I might consider it.
