How to transfer photos from mac?

Hey everyone how can I transfer my photos from my mac to my note? My device doesn't seem to appear on my mac

I use Dropbox photo sync. It works well and you can also create an automator script that adds new photos to photo stream in iPhoto. Best part is that it is free.

Is there an All-in-One app? Meaning transfer photo, music, videos from Mac to our Note 2 with one app???

iSyncr should also work. I think Kies Air will too, but not much experience with Kies Air. There is also one called SyncMate that will do it.

The latest versions of android use MTP (Media transfer protocol) which isn't natively supported in OS X. But Google provides an app for Mac which allows you to transfer fibres between your handset and your Mac. It's called "Android file transfer" which is an OS X exclusive.
