Wallpaper Shifts and then resets?

It does this with any image that isn't preloaded onto the note. It is the correct portions when I selected it for the background. But every time I go to the home screen it shifts either side of the image then resets to look correctly.

I do have Widget Locker installed as well and it appears just fine on that. I disabled it, and it still does it.

Are you using a 3rd party Launcher like Nova or Apex?

Try assigning the Wallpaper using Wallpaper Wizardrii-->

I will try. But no, I am not using any launcher.

Fixed it. I had downloaded Wallpaper Wizardii and it was because of the app that was causing it. Once I uninstalled it, it stopped doing it.

Possibly because you set the Wallpaper to not scroll through Wallpaper Wizardrii) but TouchWiz doesn't support not scrolling (or vice-versa).

In any event, glad your problem no longer occurs
