Battery Problem. Please help me.

Hi,

I had two issues for Note 2.

1. Every night my battery was drain upto 30% when i saw in the morning. No apps was running in the background and I also turned off the mobile data. I don't know why my battery drain upto 30%?

2. USB charging is very slow. Only 10% charge every 1 hour. Is it normal or problem in battery?

with those two issues combined it sounds like you have a bad battery or something, could you try a spare battery from some one?

The battery may be faulty based on problem #1 but not necessarily on problem #2. USB charging overall is slower but how much slower I'm not sure.

If would be substantially fast on a wall outlet, compared to computer usb when i charge it

Yes, when charge on wall charger, it charge well...but in PC it is too slow....

That's normal. A PC USB can't provide enough power to charge quickly.

After I updated the phone to 4.1.2 it shows me 4.1.1. Is it problem in Phone.?

My fathers gn2 had a similiar issue. With his phone he was using an extra cable and charger he bought off ebay. Are you using stock everything charger wise?
