I notice when I press the phone keypad that it makes the same sound as any other key press. Is there a way to customize the phone keypad sound so that it sounds like a tone as opposed to all other key presses?

I've been trying to find a way to change the keypad tones as well.
All of the searches I've found say you have to be rooted.
Anyone found a way to change it without root?
I hate the water droplet keypad sounds when making a call.
I'm much rather have a basic keypad tone.

use the smartdial app by skplanet. they have an english version now (i think the first couple of setup screens are in korean, but you can figure it out. just check the boxes and hit yes).

As for me, I'd prefer using the stock dialer. I like the layout of it in comparison to other 3rd party apps I've tried.
