Hello everyone

I am looking to template or word like document that I can use on my tab with the following abilities. I need it to work like a MS word document with drop down boxes and or check-boxed. I want to make an inspection sheet so I can eliminate needless typing. Voice to text insertion would be nice too. Yes ,I know, I want my cake and eat it too!!!
Is there such a thing out there that will allow me to do most of this on my Samsung note .? Most of the word processor don't give me the option or I don't see it in the tool boxes offered. An app would be great as well!

Have you tried creating a Form in Google Docs (must be started on a pc)? There's all kinds of options in there, it might do what you're looking for.

I have found that dials work better than dropdowns.

Checkboxes are harder to replace unless you go with a selection list where you can touch to highlight selections.
