Moving music to Note 2 from iPod

So I trying to ditch my ipod and use my note 2 for all my music since it has the storage to do so, however I cannot find a replacement app that will take all my itunes data including smart playlists and playlist folders then put it on the note and give me a easy way to keep it up to date when I get new music or smart playlist conditions change, this really seems one part Android is really falling down behind Apple. I have Google Music but that isn't picking up my playlist folders or smart playlists and for some reason isn't recognizing all the music on my sd card and trying to stream from cloud.

Can anyone suggest anything?
