    Default Google play do not work when I am using wifi on my samsung galaxy note 2

    I have a Samsung galaxy note 2 and it is rooted. the problem is when I use WiFi Google play say "Connection Time out". Even if i try to go to Google play web site by phone browser it does not go there. I tried resetting the phone, clearing data from application manager but nothing worked.
    Please help me.
